Family & Newborn classes create enriching experiences to help strengthen bonds. In our newborn classes, we focus on using yoga as a tool to help develop fine and gross motor skills.
Through various simple yoga poses, we will stimulate their neurological pathways
to aid in their development. Whether it is through a Mommy and Me Newborn class or a whole family extravaganza, yoga is a time to learn, connect, and create family fun time!

We take this group of youngsters on magical VISUAL adventures! We will slowly introduce the concept of emotions and feelings. We will meet new animals and learn the sounds they make! Our adventures include many colors, and lots of songs! With a flexible flow to the class, we will continue to develop their fine motor skills and plant the Yoga seeds of safety and success.

3- 5 WARRIORS
​
​These energetic Warriors experience a very active class filled with lots of movement and imagination! We introduce them to YogiLand, a magical place that leads us on new adventures each class! We will begin to develop their sensory awareness and introduce the concept of a 'Mindful Minute'. Each class is full of vibrant energy filled with creativity and fun!
6 - 9 WARRIORS
EXCITEMENT and nothing short of it! We begin to dive into the backstory of YogiLand and how we play a role in it. Our practice becomes more conscious introducing awareness to our bodies and minds as we connect our star powers to our MagicMats. Throughout our energetic journey, we celebrate being different, including everyone, and helping those in need. We test coordination, endurance & balance as we learn the different lessons of YogiLand and everything it takes to be a StarWarrior. Each class nourishes their confidence as they work as a team to overcome any obstacles they face! Each class is accessible yet challenging and leaves children feeling both accomplished and strong.
PRE-TEEN WARRIORS [10-12]

With this group of Warriors, the energy of our practice starts to dive a bit deeper. We begin to form ‘classes with a concept’. We explore physical elements like balance, inversions and partner poses. Additionally, we discuss themes such as self-love, mindfulness, and confidence. We take moments to discuss and reflect what and how they are feeling in their present day-to-day experiences. Throughout each themed class, we introduce coping strategies that correlate with the specified lesson. These techniques are great tools for them to utilize as they navigate both social and academic situations in their everyday lives.
